How do i type up html ? And Can I open it with Internet Explorer ?

The easiest thing to do is simply type it up in notepad, save as .html and open the html file in Explorer (of course you will also want to download and try the page out in other browsers such as Firefox, Safari and Opera to make sure it displays correctly for everyone).
