Really Sick and 5 months pregnant?

So through out my whole pregnancy i have had alot of extra mucus, blowing my nose all the time, etc. however now it is getting alot worse, for the last 2 week i have been having to blow my nose alot more and now spittin up mucus/sometimes choking on it and having to through up. The color is sometimes green and later on in the day turns lighter. This is so gross and is driving me crazy. I have been blowing my nose so much, blood clots are coming out. Also i have a horrible cough, i stayed up last night for hours because everytime i tried to lay down i had to cough uo mucus. I do not know what going on can any one help. I already called my doctor a week on friday and she told me to wait it out and drink lots of water, I called this morning and am waiting on a call back, who knows when that will be. Wht is going on with me, what is up with the blood?
