Can someone help me find the name of this movie?

When I was 7 or 8, I was watching this horror film with my sister. If I remember correctly there was a girl who ended up in this mansion with this evil women. At the end of the movie, she's walking down a Dock because the House was on a lake and she see's a young boy and says Its OK you can come with me and when she turns him around his face is covered with Bees or maggots??? I remember seeing this movie on TV I want to say on the USA network, in the early 90's???
