Long jeans for tall girls?

I am 5'9 and i weigh 118lb and I am a size 3-5. Everytime I buy skinny jeans, they never fit me right because they are always baggy on the bottom and too short, but long jeans don't come in my size. Where can I find long skinny jeans that fit and possibly make a flat look perkier? Thanks :)
