Question About The Use of the N-Word?

It's always offensive, it doesn't matter what the race of the speaker is. The fact that he is black only makes it worse. He should respect his own people enough to never use a word that is so loaded with such hate and suffering. Yes I know some African American people, especially younger ones use it among themselves almost in defiance. It must break their grandparents hearts. I guess they are just too removed from the way it once was or they would never throw that word around so casually.
