Omg,whats his problem?

ok well he's a junior and im a freshman,he wanted to get with me but i said no,so we've been texting and stuff and he's kinda perverted so i havent been texting him.so he has been suspended for about a week and i just saw him today on the bus and he was acting fake as hellll,he was making fun of my phone because i broke my other phone so i got a temporary one with no camera so he was making fun of that.so than he calls me weird.I was leaning on his chair on the buss because i was laughing at something my friend said so i wasn't evan leaning on his side i was leaning on the other side so he says "brah scoot back" and i wasent evan leaning on his side! so he was being a real jerk to me and he "supposedly" likes me.so i texted him ,i was like quote on quote"brah u fake as hell lose my number" and he text back "why" so i was just like u know why and left it as that oh and i said "now i dont know u so stop talking to me".so i just want to know whats wrong with him???? why is he acting like that?
