Happy Saraswathi&Ayudha pooja.Why don't our education departments introduce "Rules of the road" as a subject?

ur views r valuable but i will like to add few more sily suggation i jst want to say that instead of any cource only cource about life is thought to only deserving candidate and not to non deserving candidate bec all of us here to live nice life not for ias, eng, doc etc. and only to deserving candiate bec if candidate has not right brain than he will not understand it or misuse the knowledge. today all prob is due to misuse of things. ok good day
