Go to the Lexmark web site and update your driver. If this doesn't work, I would suggest un-installing the printer from the system and unplug the usb connection if that's how you connect. ( As if you were installing the printer for the first time ). Restart the computer, plug the printer back in and see if the printer is recognized and the driver is installed and updated if needed. If none of these ideas work, contact the support people at the Lexmark web site and see what they have to say. Hope this works! Good luck!
