How to socialize an aggressive adult Bichon Frise?

Darlin you have a definite dominance issue and u need to get it nipped in the NOW b4 u get sued. Obedience training Now. Someone has apparently traumatized this dog. Either s/o in your house or a friend or family member when u were not around. YOU have to be the one doing the training. The first time he did this and you didn't correct that behavior is YOUR fault. And now YOU need to be the one to stop it!!!! This is why so many dogs get bad reputations. BECAUSE OF THEIR OWNERS! I hope u don't have kids and if u do i hope u have taught them some manners. If not then i feel sorry for anyone that comes in contact with them. Good Luck.
