Printing while on a different wireless network?

I have wireless router through AT&T. Currently I am unable to use my router but am on an unsecured network connected to the internet. I want to print from my computer, but because I'm not on my own router, the laptop and my wireless printer won't talk to each other to print. Is there a way I can print from my laptop while on the unsecured network?
