Bored with my makeup and hair... any ideas?

a different hair style always makes a dramatic change. if you are bored with you look and willing, maybe you should dye your hair a lighter color. for your makeup, you mentioned that it is green blue. to make your eyes pop, use a color with a tint of either red or orange. try a copper color or even a reddish-purple. you can even try colors like cranberry or gold. line your top lashline with some liquid liner and itd create a dramatic effect without being too much. some mascara and lipgloss and your good to go.
