Could it be a sign or is it just in my head?

there was this guy in my school that i liked and still like, but a few months ago i was getting ready to move away. and at the airport he was there with his family, bc his sister was going to go to the same county as me (how i know that; bc we were on the same plane) could it have been just coincides that he was there or something more? like a sign or something?
