SHOULD I JUST LEAVE IT ALONE?

okay so me and my ex boyfrien have been broken up for 3 days and we went out for 7 months.. and i fell soooo in love with him, and yes things wernt perfect but didnt think all this stuff would go down, so my ex and i argued and argues but our love always brought us back together, and well i had broke up with him 3 days ago becuase like he would only text me for about 3 hours a day, he would only say goodmornig in the morning and then at night he txt around 11 or 12 expecting me to stay up n txt him.. no i tried but always fell asleep,, and now the third day that we been broken uo i found out that he just started dating this girl ,, everyone at my skoo says she is ugly and fat.. but like idono but i am tryning to get over him but i fell for him soo hard and deep, i did everything for him, i gave him money so he wouldnt get locked up, i bought him a 130 dollar ring for a promise ring, a 120 neclace for christmas and stuff for every holiday, i love him soo much but he seems really interested in this girl.. what should i do? should i just try and leave him alone or fight for him? cux i love him sooo damn much but i want to be happy and i been crying and depressed and doing some bad stuff.. plz help,.. n i dont need some sarcasim answers either.
