Where are the duplexes in orlando florida?

My girlfriend is pregnant i have been looking for a place to move into with her duplexes are really the cheapest thing i can find that has washer dryer hookups. I have looked on redit road, Bumby and ferncreek area even by cololnial and 436. Does anybody know where other duplexes are or cheap places to live. The income based apartments say i make too much money for a 2 bedroom apartment that is 700. I make 12.50 an hour. How stupid is that.
